In this homage to "vintage" women's self defense demonstrations, VeVe presents a lesson to women on how they can take their proper place in society: a position in complete dominance over the lowly human male.
After a brief introductory speech on female superiority, VeVe begins her physical demonstrations. Assisted by her male slave Thrash, VeVe goes on to demonstrate 6 different "classic" self defense scenarios, walking us through each technique, step by step, and concluding each scenario with a vital element of supremacy: the victory pose. In fact, VeVe emphasizes the importance of the victory pose by holding each pose for a prolonged period while explaining to us that a man's correct place in the world is under the foot of a victorious woman.
As VeVe varies her self defense techniques, she also varies her victory poses, including foot-on-face, -on-chest, and -on-groin. And throughout the entire lesson, VeVe continues with her calm, confident, and professorial female supremacy discussion, constantly reminding us of the woman's place above the inferior male.
