VeVe faces a tough challenge: she will fight 2 back-to-back mixed wrestling matches against different opponents. Each match is 20 minutes long. It doesn't matter who wins or loses - all that matters is that VeVe is made as exhausted as possible!
VeVe's first opponent is Diablo, a very skillful and experienced submission grappler (and our regular cameraman). Diablo pressures VeVe in this match, using his crafty jiujutsu skills, athleticism, and strength advantage to good effect. It is a very difficult match for VeVe as she struggles to escape Diablo's controlling holds.
Diablo does his job well as part of the Gauntlet Challenge - he brings in the first layer of fatigue for VeVe, testing her fitness, stamina, and mental endurance.
VeVe's second opponent is Hanz Vanderkill. Hanz has a definite size advantage over VeVe, and he comes into the fight fresh and well rested. VeVe, though tired, has the edge of Hanz in skill and wrestling experience.
VeVe must push through her fatigue, battle through the increasing sweaty slipperiness, and at the same time fend off Hanz's attempts to get control of her. VeVe relies on her craftiness, stamina, and sense of timing to get her through this second Gauntlet match.
VeVe Lane: 5'4" and 120 lbs.
