After a trial run in March to establish her "base numbers" and goals to beat, VeVe jumps in for her April 2014 attempt at 6 bodyweight strength challenges. The challenges are:

1. Push-Ups: Maximum push-ups, unlimited time.
2. Sit-Ups: Maximum sit-ups in 3 minutes.
3. Wall Sit: Maximum time before legs fail.
4. Chin-Ups: Maximum chin-ups, no time limit.
5. Push-Up Hold: Maximum time holding at bottom of a push-up before arms fail.
6. Flexed Arm Hang: Maximum time before arms and hands fail.


For each challenge, VeVe states her previous result and goal number, and then she sets out to beat those numbers. She gets one chance per challenge in this video, so she really pushes and strains to max out for each event. The results she achieves in this video are VeVe's best maxes as of April 2014. She's got a great work ethic and great physique. Let's see how she does!
