A match created based on our Twitter poll of the fans! Newcomer Kami jumps in for her first official full-length competitive video match with us. Kami takes on scrappy little Aralia in a submission wrestling bout of two 10-minute rounds, most submissions wins, and with a Punishment Round looming for the loser.
Kami has 6 years of scholastic style wrestling experience (similar to freestyle) and 2 years of submission wrestling training. She is strong, composed, and athletic, and she comes in today with a 50 lb (23 kg) weight advantage over her opponent Aralia. Aralia is scrappy, aggressive, and petite, and she puts her heart into every match. She's been wrestling for almost 3 years and she loves to fight. Let's see how these two match up in action...
The match is a contrast of styles, with Aralia's quick and active offensive style meeting Kami's patient solidity. Aralia throws herself at Kami, determined to offset the weight difference with speediness. But Kami is strong, focused, and unconcerned by Aralia's aggression, much to Aralia's frustration.
